WOW!!! Your Mutt Hut has won Best Boarding, as well as Best Pet Sitter in the Annual Best of Lufkin contest for the fifth year!! And it’s all because of you guys! I am truly honored and so very thankful that you guys continued support has allowed me to keep doing what I love for eleven years now. Through pandemics, ice storms, and numerous other weather related issues you’ve never let me down. When times have gotten hard I’ve always gotten by. When most businesses were shutting down you guys have always pulled me through to the other side. And I am forever grateful. And this year is no different. I know there are other options that have come and some that have came and went for you to take your pet to. Some that may be bigger, and some that are shiny and new. But when it’s said and done, what I have always promised you is that at the mutt hut you will get something you can’t buy…. And that is true and honest care and love for your pet. It will always be ME assuring you that you will get that above all else. So thank you guys for another year of offering the Best Boarding experience in Lufkin and the surrounding area. Check out the article that the Lufkin Daily News did on the Hut as well. I have extra copies of this years Winners magazine at the kennel so grab one next time you’re in! As many of you know, lots of our babies do not particularly enjoy being terrified during these holidays like July 4th. So remember, if you need to reserve them a spot at the “Hut” please know spots are very limited. I will be doing pickup and drop off as usual on both Saturday and Sunday. I will be staying with them assuring their safety and trying to calm them with good movies, extra treats, and Ofcourse lots of extra loving. I will also administer any prescribed medications you send as usual. I’ve been providing this service for over 10 years and have seen how terrifying it can be for these guys, including my own two. Everyone is having a great week at the Hut, filled with splashing in the pools, chasing after toys, getting extra treats, ending with a good nights rest while watching a lil tv and definitely sucking up the AC. Brandy DOES NOT like to sweat! And the pups seem to agree. All is well. Hope everyone is having a good week and looking forward to the weekend!

Pups were all inside sleeping in the AC tonight, while I was outside filling up their pools and checking the misters so they could enjoy a lil outside time tomorrow at the Mutt Hut! Call or text your vacation reservations before we fill up! 🐶🏖️💦
