Well, it gives me great pleasure to announce the new additions to our family. Everyone please meet Halia and Dozer. We rescued them through BARC INC. They came out of Ohio from a puppy mill. They are eight months old. They could not be sold because they have white on the back of their neck. Some people like that. It's called the Swiss Kiss. We picked them up last Friday and they are adjusting well, as so are we. The female Halia has more white in her face.
I personally picked her name. It's a Hawaiian name and it means in the remembrance of a loved one. And that would be in remembrance to Snickles.

This is a very hard post to do today. Unfortunately Snickles lost her fight to cancer on
December 25th. She is at peace now, no more pain. She was my rock, my Everything.The love of my life. My very first Bernice Mountain dog. She was everything a Bernice Mountain Dog is. I will always cherish my time with her. And I wish I had more time with her. She was the one that was supposed to live forever.💔 If I had only known it was only going to be 8 days from the time you saw Santa. Their lifespan is so short, but such a treasure to have in our lives. She gave us so much love. Rest in peace, my baby girl
