Well, it’s been a blessed and emotional few days. Pretzel has blessed us with a beautiful boy and a beautiful girl. They are absolutely perfect… and spoken for ❤️.

Pretzel is following in Daisy’s footprints and is proving to be a sweet and attentive mom. So proud of her.

This beautiful goofball has turned 2 and we’re planning her first litter! (Timing and stud tbd).

Freddy is a very lovable dog. He is very calm for only being about 2 years old. He weighs about 64 pounds. Inside he is relaxed and lays around the house. Although, he can be very energetic at times as well!

Freddy loves toys. We are working on giving the ball back when we play fetch. He will retrieve and come back but, doesn’t yet understand that he needs to drop the ball. He loves tug of war and is very good at it!

Freddy is very friendly and loves everyone he meets. He finally started to show a desire for affection and now loves to cuddle. He will whine or make grunting noises when he wants attention.

Freddy loves to go for walks and does very well unless he is excited. He knows how to sit and he is very food motivated making training easy. Freddy also loves to go for car rides.

When he is running and playing outside, he will jump and it is best to for him to be holding a toy as he can get overly excited and give an excited nip. Freddy has learned not to jump up on visitors. Instead he gets excited he goes to find his toys.

As is true of most dogs, Freddy is opportunistic and will search the counters for food. Therefore, countertops will need to be kept clear. He also likes to pick up paper and socks.

Freddy is house trained and crate trained. He does well with other dogs and children. He has not been around cats.

We have been working on teaching Freddy to stay back away from the door. He is doing very well. When he first came into foster he would take the opportunity to dash out and go for a walkabout. He is much better now, but, something to be aware of.

Congratulations Daisy! She had a trio litter 2 weeks ago today. Moe (black), Larry (black), and Curly (chocolate). They are so stinking cute. Curly is not very photogenic today. Lol
