Kathryn came to Hillsdale last fall looking for lessons. This year she set her sights on trying out for the Bridgewater State University Equestrian Team. We all, especially Lee, were thrilled to learn she earned her spot on the team!!! Go bears! 🐻🐾

⭐️New England Regionals⭐️

2nd show of the season for us and HUGE progress with these teams; couldn’t be prouder of the horses and riders as all their hardwork is starting to show

-Top 4 hunter pleasure 13 & under in the qualifier
-7th hunter pleasure 13 & under championship out of a field of 18.

“Tora” was also Top 5 in the ladies hunter pleasure with Kathleen Jensen

6th classic pleasure jr exhibitor championship
1st Classic pleasure limit rider UNANIMOUSLY out of a field of 13

Lately hes been stepping forward as a hunter and carrying kids around with ease. He’s as straight forward as they come, takes a joke, and wants to please.

Can’t believe I missed it!! Here’s to ONE year (& 3 days 🤪)in business on my own (with my non-horse husband)!!Still seems surreal! last year I can safely say now I took the scariest leap and opened the doors of HillsDale Stables with one show horse, two retired horses, & a yearling. Maybe it was crazy sure seemed like it haha.

But surrounded by incredibly supportive clients, we have built something truly unique and special. Now with a new beautiful facility to call home we have over 20 horses and growing.

Here’s to MANY incredible crazy years making great memories 🥂
