🚨🚨FOSTER HOMES DESPERATELY NEEDED🚨🚨

We currently have 7 cats desperately in need of a foster homes who are ready for adoption.

You provide the love and care, we provide the rest.

All of our cats are Snap tested, fully vetted and chipped.

Please consider helping these cats out in one of the biggest epidemics of cats abandonded, harmed, etc.

Photos and information are below.

Please message us for more information on them or if you can foster any of these sweet kitties.

**UPDATE**
We are just heartbroken.

Charlie tested positive for distemper and slid so far down the slope in 24 hours, his chances were so slim and he was showing neurological symptoms indicative of Distemper.

To have put him thru supportive care and his being as far down the slope as he was wouldn't have been the kind thing to do.

Charlie was humanely let go to The Rainbow Bridge, in my arms.

He at least knew love, warmth and human kindness for 48 hours.

I held Charlie in my arms the entire 7 hours we were there and while I said good bye, snug in my arms being loved and having a shower of kisses for a few hours at the animal hospital.

I am so grateful he wasn't left to die an awful death at that trailer park.

He is at peace now and out of pain and passed in my arms.

Now my rescue has 50 + cats there to try and save. πŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺ

This never, ever gets easier. Each one we make this kind of decision for is so hard and so heartbreaking. πŸ’”πŸ’”

Our bill was almost $600, if anyone would like to help offset that so we can help the other many, many cats there, we would be deeply grateful.

Info for Venmo and PP in comments.

Thank you all for your amazing support! πŸ’™β€πŸˆβ€β¬›πŸˆπŸ’™β€
______________
Prayers for little Charlie please.

While trying to trap the badly injured Tortie at a trailer park, this little guy came home with me 48 hours ago. He is about 3 months old.

This morning it was clear Charlie was declining and fast.

He since has been very lethargic, vomiting, not eating or drinking, very dehydrated and anemic.

We've been at Companion Animal Hospital since early morning.

We will update as soon as we have some answers as to what is going on with this little one. πŸ’™πŸˆβ€β¬›πŸ’™πŸˆβ€β¬›

***UPDATE***
Kitty showed up at 10:25 p.m. and didn't go in the trap.

Bringing a Fox trap, given her injuries, she may not be able to go inside easily with a regular trap. We also now have a net on hand.🐈

We aren't giving up until we safely get her.❀

!!URGENT HELP FOR BADLY INJURED CAT NEEDED!!

We have an emergency situation in Perham, MN with a very badly injured cat who can barely walk, lost part of her tail and her ears to frostbite and possibly her right front paw. And that's only what we know of.

We are heading to where she eats at times and setting up a trap, cams on site and hope we can get her ASAP.

This is a critical situation and as soon as she is trapped, we will rush her to Red River Animal Emergency in Fargo and are very likely going to need a good amount of funds to help her.

We haven't seen something quite this serious in sometime and our goal is to help her immediately. She very likely is not spayed either and to have her get pregnant would be very likely catastrophic for her.

Time really is of the essence here.

Please consider helping her.

PayPal link is: https://www.paypal.me/LGates520

Once we get her to Red River, donations can be called in directly and will post updates as we can.

!UPDATE!

BoBo continues to evade being trapped. He appears to be traveling between our feeding station and another one, 3 miles away. How he is making that kind of trek in his condition is a mystery. He has to cross a busy road as well.πŸ˜ͺ We are trying very hard to get him and won't give up.

πŸˆβ€β¬›πŸš™HELPπŸš—πŸˆ

BOBO / WE URGENTLY NEED TRANSPORT HELP FROM BATTLE LAKE/FERGUS FALLS/ALEXANDRIA AREA to the cities or to Faribault for BoBo, an injured feral on Tuesday.

I can meet up in Alex or a bit further down. If we need to find transport from the cities to Faribault we can do that as long as we have enough time to arrange that.

We will provide gas money if needed.

Off of the 94 corridor.

Please DM us if you may be able to help.

πŸ’™Thank you!❀

MORE STRAYS/FOUND CATS in FERGUS FALLS MN:
I am so sad to say yet another injured cat has shown up at one of the feeding stations at a mobile home park in FF.

He has a pronounced limp, injuries on head and face, and of course it looks like one eye is infected...from an injury? He looks to be in rough shape.

I'll be contacting the FFPD along with other agencies, this is enough animal abuse and torture at that park. I'll also be putting park manager and owners on notice.

It is time all park owners are held accountable nd take responsibility for their tenants who are irresponsible owners, dump them and causing stray and feral cats/colonies.

It is time a program at each park is put into place to help stop this ( Warmth4Ferals). We've developed a great program that is inexpensive and pet owners absorb the small fee to cover registration and materials and we will even over see putting it into place.

My rescue (no rescue) can keep absorbing these high vet costs because of bad humans and these cats have got to get in safe and vetted. They don't deserve lousy human harming and/or dumping.πŸ˜ͺ

Please, be reminded there is a leash law in FF that requires all animals be supervised and on a leash if they are out doors. In other words, cats are to be indoors only.

When we started this project at this park over a year ago, there were 39 cats, all of which were safely trapped and if friendly they were all fully vetted and chipped, adopted to new homes, but under very strict conditions and screening, if feral they went to Furball Farms Cat Sanctuary in Faribault, or are in foster homes being socialized) or awaiting adoption.

This doesn't include the 1 to 3 that keep showing up nearly every week. In all this time, only 1 cat was ever claimed, despite high exposure of posting and Found posters meaning they were purposely discarded, which also is illegal.

Every week there is another injured cat coming around, a few catastrophically requiring amputations, eye removals, surgery and stitches from badly infected wounds, of course none are altered or likely ever even vetted. These are NOT coincidences.

Do you know these either of these two intact males? Might one of them be yours, a friends or neighbors.

If so please send me a confidential DM, rewards will be given for good information.

Please folks, let's do better and help these animals who have no choice in what is done to them. Stand up for them and be their voice.β€πŸˆβ€β¬›πŸˆπŸ’™

πŸˆβ€β¬›UPDATE ON JINX, THE INJURED KITTYπŸˆβ€β¬›:
We were able to trap him at 5 a.m. and got him to our vet.

This poor boy has so many injuries they need to sedate him, clip & clean, stitch & dress if needed and very possibly surgery.

It appears he has some kind of puncture wound between his eyes and his forehead is quite swollen and looks to be a BB pellet lodged in there. They feel his eye may not have to be removed but uncertain until tomorrow.

We will know more tomorrow as to what may have caused all of these injuries, which are many all over his body and are of suspicious nature, meaning harm to him was intentional.

He is the sweetest boy and deserved none of this and already very attached to his caregiver.

We are currently at $1000 for today and tomorrow. It will likely be more if surgery on his forehead is needed and/or his eye is too damaged and has to be removed.

We are still working hard to round up donations to help with his medical care that could go up to $1800.00.

If you can help by donating, we would be deeply appreciative.

We've had so many injured cats the last 4 months including eye removal, amputations, etc., severely depleting our funds.

Please know how deeply we appreciate all of you and the on-going support you show us so often.

JINX URGENTLY NEEDS ANGELS:🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
UPDATE: JINX WAS FINALLY TRAPPED AT 5 A.M. Thankfully he is friendly and not feral.

His injuries are extensive and all over his body. While we are not certain as yet, these appear to be chemical burns. This boy is not in good shape, we are so relieved he is in our care now and pain meds aboard.

We are on our way to Fargo shortly to our vet.

Please consider helping towards his medical. Information to donate are below. Thank you! πŸ’™πŸˆβ€β¬›πŸ’™
_____________
Jinx has been a resident at one of our heated shelters/feeding station set ups for the last several months and showed up on our feeding station cam with several injuries, including his eye and needs immediate veterinary care. (I didn't post the 2 other injuries, too graphic).

We set a trap this a.m. and will transport him to Red River Emergency Animal Hospital as soon as he is trapped or to our vet, Southgate in Fargo.

We, of course will post the estimate/costs as soon as we get him in.

We have a tiny slush fund with about $450 we will divert to Jinx's care. Based on visual injuries, we are expecting vet bill around $1000.00 to $1500, depending. We will post his estimate this afternoon.

This unfortunately, once again leaves us asking our amazing supporters, sponsors and donors for funding to help cover this boys vet expenses.

We feel awful asking for help, and so soon another rescue, Jax who required his punctured eye to be removed that so many of you helped.

Please know how deeply we appreciate all of you and the on-going support you show us so often.

JAX UPDATE:
Jax, has proven once again what a true warrior he is.πŸ’™πŸˆβ€β¬›

He pulled through severe emaciation, illness and a horribly infected punctured eye and now his surgeries (to remove the eye and neuter) like a champ! His surgery went beautifully and he is recovering perfectly.

He spent the last two nights in his recovery kitty pen while we kept a very watchful eye on him 24/7, administering his pain meds and antibiotics while giving him lots of love and reassurance.

Jax is very content and seems so happy now, you'd never know this sweet boy just had surgery.

He was so thrilled to rejoin his roomie and buddy Midnight today.

Our rescue has been so fortunate in the amazing support we get from all of you, which allows us to do all we do for kitties in need of help.

We cannot thank all of you enough for the amazing outpouring of donations, support and well wishes for Jax and our other rescues.

Jax now has a new, healthy, bright future with someone amazing who he will find his forever home with that will love and care for him as he deserved previously for the rest of his life.

Jax will be ready for adoption mid March.

We deeply thank Buddy Becker and Tommy Kramer for their generosity in offering signed jerseys to all donors who made $100.00 or more to help ensure Jax was able to get all of the medical he needed. You both are amazing! πŸˆβ€β¬›πŸ’œπŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’›πŸˆβ€β¬›
