Not only did she fix up this cool cat’s leg with style and precision, but she did it with enough flair to earn the title Best Splint – October 2025! 💪✨

(We’re pretty sure she could splint a noodle and it would heal perfectly.)

🎃👻 Things are getting spooky cute around here! Our pet guests have been strutting their stuff in their Halloween costumes — we’ve got superheroes, hot dogs, bumblebees, and at least three ghosts who may or may not be just dogs under sheets. 🐶🐱

The cats are pretending they’re too sophisticated for costumes (yet somehow all ended up wearing bat wings), and one golden retriever is convinced his pumpkin outfit gives him superpowers. 🦇🎃

It’s all treats, no tricks here at the pet hotel — unless you count the cat who keeps knocking over the candy bowl. 😼

🐾💚 Happy Vet Tech Appreciation Week! 💚🐾

Today we are celebrating Odie, RVT who has been with Town and Country for 10 years! 🎉

Odie is the spirit of the team. She walks in every day with a bright smile ready to help. We so so lucky to have this talented ray of sunshine with us.

Odie has been in the vet field for 15 years! You would never guess THAT long! She is a talented technician who makes difficult tasks look like a breeze. Odie is not only always looking to learn but her teaching skills are like no other. She is an amazing mentor and always willing to show but also explain the “why”.

She makes everyone feel included by her child like wonder - asking any & all questions. She bonds with each co-worker assigning them different quirky nicknames ranging from Barbie to Sugar. If you are waiting in a room and hear us laughing it’s most likely from an Odie joke.

Odie is also the person behind the screen. She is responsible for our socials! Odie organizes all the pictures with the pets and writes witty captions. She is always open to suggestions for fun posts & pushes us to be silly.

We are so fortunate to have her on our team! Keep us smiling & laughing Odie! 💚🐾

Today we’re celebrating Jessica, RVT, who has been in the veterinary field since 2011 and part of the Town & Country family since 2014! 🎉

Jessica is our Vet Tech Manager and the ultimate ordering queen—she keeps this place running like a well-oiled machine. She’s smart, skilled, and an absolute badass at what she does. 💪 From managing chaos to saving the day (again and again), we honestly don’t know how we’d function without her.

She’s got killer tech skills, a sharp sense of humor, and a knack for making every shift better.
