Easy picking prime time! We found this morning that the back half of the Chandlers are loaded so come on out and get your ripe berries soon! Great start to the year and still several weeks to go. Thank you to all whe have come out this season!

We are open for the season! Same hours as last year which is dawn to dusk every day. We have a new tent that hopefully will provide some shade if needed! The bluecrop at the lower end of the field are the most abundant but there are plenty of Chandler available now also. Here's to a great berry season.

We have some nice new signs this year thanks to Beatriz Delos Reyes and Sarah Bennett! We will be open on Tuesday this week. The Bluecrop and Chandler have ripe fruit for the picking! Hope to see you soon!

Field update 7/22: Lots and Lots of berries on now….great picking, don’t skip the Bluecrop (lower 3 rows) as they are at their peak of sweetness and flavor!! We expect another 3 weeks of solid fruit ripening. That said, don’t wait until the end if you are picking for freezer quantities. Now is the greatest and easiest harvest time 😊…..

Well, the forecast is for 5 more days of intense heat. This will accelerate ripening throughout the field and likely shorten our season. Early morning will be the best choice. On the plus side, the berries will be so sweet! We will continue to update on picking conditions.

It's that time! The field will open for picking on Friday July 5th for the season. We usually open the week after the 4rth of July but the berries are a bit early this year. Bluecrop has the most berries and Chandler will be kicking in soon. Thanks in advance for supporting our little farm. We will be open again dawn to dusk 7 days a week.

The berry bushes had no damage from the ice! The field fence was not so flexible. We are looking forward to sunny dry summer days!
