A Dog's Daydream After grooming dogs for over 14 years, I am no longer able to do it. I'm a dog groomer with over 13 years of experience.

I groom dogs 25 lbs and under in my home. Unfortunately, I can only groom the small dogs because of physical limitations and I have limited appointments available. I groom one-on-one and most dogs are ready to go in an hour or less. My home is quiet and stress free, so great for dogs who don't do well at busy salons.

Hi everyone, though I'm not grooming any longer, I thought I'd share that my husband has recently started up a handyman business called My Neighbor Matthew. He offers all kinds of services and has been an electrician for over 10 years. At this time, I will not be scheduling any appointments until further notice. My mom has been in the ICU since last Tuesday due to a severe heart attack and at this time I need to focus on her and my family.

I may be a dog groomer, but other skills of mine include using my laser cutter and making art. I make all sorts of things and even have a degree in graphic design so I can design practically anything. Some of the things I make are boxes, bookmarks, earrings, keychains, and craft kits. Hand assembled, and painted and/or stained. Today I'm set up downtown at the Creative Arts Fair selling some of my creations. Graphite to Graphics is the business names I use for all of this. If you have some time today, come down and say hi. It's at the little brick plaza area on 4th and Main Street.

More rescued puppy mill dogs groomed and looking cute! Most were badly matted but not all, but they all sure needed a clean up. These guys will be up for adoption through Happy Paws Plattsmouth when all their vet care is completed or may be available now (depending on the dog). Contact Happy Paws for details. They are all so ready to get in homes that can give them the love they deserve! Happy Paws is also always needing foster homes so they can keep rescuing more dogs and cats.

Little Jasper came in for a major clean up today to take care of all the matted fur. He was just rescued from a puppy mill by Happy Paws and his foster mom brought him for a grooming. This little guy is going to be available for adoption through Happy Paws Plattsmouth. He is fully grown and very tiny. They were told he is under a year old so still young, but has his adult teeth so is past the teething stage. He honestly did very well for his groom despite growing up in a puppy mill and probably never being groomed. He is sweet and adorable!

I've spent a few hours with this cutie, Ryder today, he's up for adoption through the Happy Paws rescue here in Plattsmouth. He is a total lovebug, wanting all the cuddles and to give kisses. He loves all people and all other dogs he's met so far. He's got a lot of energy, but is only about 5 1/2 months old. He even likes being held like a baby lol.
