๐ Fall Grass Reminder! ๐ฑ๐ด
As temperatures begin to cool, remember that pasture grass can store more sugars, especially after cool nights followed by sunny days. For horses sensitive to dietary sugars, this seasonal change can increase the risk of problems like laminitis.
Keep an eye on your horseโs pasture intake and body condition, and talk with your veterinarian about appropriate management if your horse is at risk.
Cooler weather doesnโt always mean safer grass! ๐พ
