Just got my official picture from the South Florida Grooming Show! I placed 2nd Place in my division and Im so proud of how I did. I had a bad fall that morning I was in a ton or pain. I groomed sitting down the entire time but I shower up and did my best. Grateful to everyone that made it possible. So grateful to Christine Standlee Pistone for letting me groom her lovely girl Charlotte. This was a combination Hand Stripping/ Thinning Shear trim with a full tease up on the head. Thanks to for the awesome pic 🥰 and to Grazia Adriani, organizers, judges & sponsors. Im looking forward to next year!!!

Grooming senior pets is always a privilege. But that comes with knowing when their usual groom must transition into a comfort groom. Something that will take less time and is easier on their body. This Border Terrier has always been handstripped and while he is amazing for it his body simply can’t handle the time on the table nor the stress. Today we did a light strip all over and the used a 1 & 2 guard comb on him to even up his trim and quick thinning shear on face and legs to tidy up. He also got to enjoy a microbubble spa bath to help his sore joints. Bathed with
