my heart is absolutely broken.😣😖 today has been one of the most traumatizing and heartbreaking days of my life.💔

-today i went into our office to feed momma (willow) and check on the baby’s as i do mutiple times a day. i opened the door and immediately started screaming bloody murder. i just saw my worst nightmare. a snake not only in our house but in our bunny’s cage with all of the baby’s. my husband immediately caught it and killed it. yes killed it. i don’t care how good or bad the snake is. it came into our house and killed one of our animals i absolutely dont know how it got into our house and have never experienced this before. i keep all litters and baby’s inside to protect them from dangers like this and it seems i still didn’t do enough.

- it unfortunately was worst case scenario killed one of the baby’s. my keeper baby the blue cream harlequin. all of the other baby’s are safe and healthy and running around and so is mom thank god it wasn’t any of my customers baby’s. i cried on the floor for i don’t know how long after finding out one of my baby’s was gone and it was too late. i have never lost a baby this is my first and i never thought my first would be this scenario. i have moved mom and babys into the living room to be on watch 24/7 to make sure the snake didn’t do any damage that we can’t see on the other babys because im now scared of the unthinkable.

- we are actually on the hunt of moving. surprise😐. i never thought i would be announcing that we are relocating like this. we are relocating to cape coral/ fort myers.

- has a snake ever gotten into your house? this is a first and hope to god the last for me.

please be nice and not bash me as this is absolutely heartbreaking for me and i never thought this would even be possible.

also we got this handsome guy yesterday! everyone meet Debo (iykyk)😂 he is disabled by being completely blind. (peep the name lol) and he’s sterile. and will only be a pet on our house and not apart of the rabbitry.

he’s the absolute sweetest and has a huge personality. he likes butt scratches and will lick you all over and if he’s not don’t getting love from you he will proceed to make it clear ☺️🤍. he’s already settling in perfectly and we are all in love!!!
