Bring your pet in at 8 am for a full day of daycare, and opt in for the option to receive a bath the same day for a flat rate of $50.🐾

Well, Happy Pets has boarded 3 large birds, multiple rabbits, and our aquatic friends like fish! You may be wondering how they take care of us if the facility is so used to dogs?

Here’s how, Happy Pets requires any animal that is not a dog or cat to provide enclosures. It cuts down on the boarding price and allows all of us to be as comfortable as we can!

We are very excited to announce for the second year in a row, we have been awarded the "Top Grooming Business." by The Daily Groomer Community - A support group for professional pet groomers . With this being their most competitive year, having a total of 5,481 businesses' sign up. Happy Pets is ecstatic to share this news with you all.

Hello friends and fur-babies!

Going off of our latest post, we’ve decided to share a chart of heat exhaustion with you all. With the temperatures ranging into the high 90’s, we take this as seriously as possible.

That being said, while owners who pay for extra playtimes will still be receiving those. They will be shorting and getting breaks in between. This does not mean a full stop to our playtimes, just shortened amounts of time split throughout the day.

Happy 4th of July, from your Happy Pets crew!

We wanted to add our tricks and tips to keeping your pups as comfortable as possible for tonight.
(1) Make sure your pet is wearing an identification collar, as well as being microchipped. You never know if your pet may get spooked and take off.
(2) Use medication, or thunder shirts for a calming affect.
(3) Play something on your TV, or radio to distract from the upcoming sounds.
(4) Provide some enrichment, this can be lick mats, treat filled toys (Like Kongs), or any other source that keeps your dogs attention.

What is Happy Pets doing?

We here at Happy Pets will be with all dogs until our closing hours. Each room will have radios turned on with calming music, and any dogs who can have h**p or owners medication will be receiving them before we leave.
Some of our residents even have snacks for distractions!
Happy Pets is in a more hidden area, as many of you know. Our neighbors have never really set off many fireworks. That being said, we're sure all pets will be set at peace. If you have any questions, or suggestions to help your pets feel more at home- Do not hesitate to reach out.

🌞🐶 Keep Your Pup Cool This Summer! 🐾💦

At Happy Pets, your dog’s comfort and safety are always our top priorities—especially when temperatures rise! ☀️ Kennel environments can get warm quickly, so here are some tips we use (and you can too!) to help prevent overheating:

🔹 Proper Ventilation – We make sure air is flowing at all times. Fans, open windows (safely screened), or AC can make a huge difference.
🔹 Hydration is Key – Fresh, cool water is always available. Try adding ice cubes to their bowl for a refreshing treat!
🔹 Cool Mats & Frozen Toys – Cooling pads or frozen KONGs are great for keeping dogs entertained and cool.
🔹 Shade Matters – In outdoor areas, we provide shaded spaces so pups can relax out of the sun.
🔹 Temperature Checks – We monitor the kennel temp regularly and limit intense activity during peak heat hours.

🌡️ Signs of overheating: Excessive panting, drooling, weakness, or confusion. If you ever notice these signs, cool your dog down and contact a vet immediately!

Your furry family deserves to be safe and chill all summer long. ❤️🐕

Hi Happy Pets Pack and fur babies!

Today we want to come to you all with an appreciation post for these two! If you follow our Facebook regularly you may have seen Rusty, and his sister Sunshine before!🥰

These two are quite the pair. If they aren't out exploring our play yards together, then you best believe they are at our staff's side getting tons of love. They both are so sweet, and gentle. Plus, we cant forget to mention those smiles!😁
