This past weekend the VCCNE hosted double-header Specialty Shows both on Saturday and Sunday in Belchertown, MA. What a spectacular time we all had. The trophies and raffle items were of top quality and well selected showing a lot of thought. The weather could not have been more perfect and the sportsmanship was wonderful! There was plenty of parking spaces and many available in the shade. Of course, there were the minor glitches which made for quick-thinking resolutions, but nothing of importance to speak of. Win or loose, everyone and every vizsla enjoyed the weekend. The winning photo proofs and candid ring shots were posted right away and helped everyone to re-live the moments of shared ring time with the judges!
Wynne managed to pick up a major win on Sunday morning after having puppies in mid-July and her mate, Archie took BOB at both the afternoon shows. A daughter, Winna, at age 11 weeks toured the showgrounds and met many vizsla enthusiasts, never distracting other dogs and doing her business in very appropriate places! She was a welcomed "hit" if anyone was to feel stressed or nervous...already displaying therapy talents. Both Wynne and Winna are pictured here enjoying the weekend in their own special way!
