Looking for housing:

I own and operate Peace Love and Pets- Grooming Salon in Placerville, CA. I also work for In Home Support Services as a provider. Im looking for a peaceful rental for my 14 year old son and I. We love gardening, nature, and animals. He goes to school in Placerville while I work. We have no problem commuting. We are quite and clean. We do have some pets. Looking for either a 1 or 2 bedroom, or a large studio- grammy flat. Can afford 1,400 monthly or a little more. Willing to help in exchange for rent/discounted rent: with animal care, gardening, and yardwork. Or if anyone needs an IHSS provider as well. Don't forget about your fuzzy friends during the heat! Ground surfaces warm up more than the air above it, and if it's too hot for you, it's too hot for your pet's little paws! Consider walking your animals earlier in the day, before the ground has had a chance to heat up.
