Just good kosher Kashrut with Kavanah. Sustainably grown on pasture ,Beef,Lamb,Chicken&Turkey. No antibiotics ,No Growth hormones . I'm a fifth generation family farmer.

My passion for sustainable agriculture and environmental issues has been with me my whole life. Farming and being a good steward of the land is in my bones. I'm also a Jew-by-choice. n anything, I believe in Kavanah.....Intention, the intent with which we act, and in this case, the intent with which all parties are treated. This means everything from soil, water, labor force, the shochet, the mashgiach, the store clerk.......everyone and every animal. That's the true essence of Kashrut.

Well as we sit on the couch waiting for a limo to take us to the airport , Just Good Kosher, Allison and myself getting ready for or trip to Isreal. Plans to take in the whole farming of food there . Will post as many photos as we can .

Hello folks we have done a lot with the funds we have received as of today . But we are no down to the last hours , 14 to be exact , so if you have been thinking of taking part in this fund raiser now is the time .
Remember that we are working toward a goal to bring a kosher product that is farm raised you know the farmer ( thats me ) and what I bring to the jewish community. As of now we have a few college age students ready to start in the spring working along side me. They will be studying Torah and making that connection between farming and everyday Kashrut into their lives and those they speak with .

New insulated brooder walls on the way up . My good friend J just happens to be in the insulation business so we went at it this Sunday and completed all the panels.
Next step standing up putting together and we now have an energy efficient area for the birds to grow and with the thanks of many people helping us.

Hello everyone , as of today materials came in and we stated working on the new brooder house walls . This is to keep the birds in lots of open floor space , lots of room to running around in . With the walls insulated at 6 inches it will help keep the energy bills down and me a lot happier.
Should be posting some photos in the next day or two , keep your eyes open for the next up date . We are now into day 38 of our indiegogo fund rasier , if you haven't checked out our site please do and share as much as you can .

Help us reach our goal .59 days left for our campaign. Want to say thank you to those who came on with contributions and sharing our page.
Cleaning out of the barn has started and lots of ? Well stuff goes out the door to be recycled , gotta do it right. Will post photos of the progress.

For all of you to find our indiegogo funding campaign small or big (sharing always helps ) you can google indiegogo, hit search type in Just Good Kosher and bingo you have us . This fund drive will allow us to complete our processing house and work on our upgrading of winter growing areas with lots of room.

We have started phase two of our fund rasing . Check out our Indiegogo page this week . Phase two, our on farm processing house.
This is a big step forward for us , over seeing every step of the way and allowing young people to learn how processing kosher birds work for us in the Jewish community.

We have received a number of surveys back apx 50 percent as of today.time to start counting the number of lbs andt birds .

Just Good Kosher intends to supply pasture-raised kosher chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, plus vegetables and eggs. Taking a few minutes to answer the questions on the next few pages will help us make good decisions about what animals to raise, how many and in what seasons. Thank you!
