Bless This Home is going through some major transitions here in the Pittsburgh area, and we are excited about what is ahead.

Right now, we are actively taking on larger remodel projects for our investors, with projects in the $200K to $300K range. These are full scale renovations designed to add long term value, improve performance, and support the growth of our portfolios. We are also stepping into new construction, with our eyes set on multifamily builds as part of our continued expansion, (vision for 2027)

At the same time, we are transitioning by vertically integrating our companies, bringing more of the process in house to create better efficiency, quality control, and consistency across every project.

In between all of this, we are hashing out something new that we believe will change the way properties are cared for. Our preventative maintenance program is currently in development, and it is built with one clear goal in mind.

We do not want to be the company that only shows up after something breaks. We do not want you spending $10,000 on fixes that could have been prevented with the right attention early on.

This program is about protecting your property before problems turn into emergencies. Catching small issues early. Extending the life of your systems. Saving you time, stress, and serious money.

From large scale investor remodels to new construction and long term property care, our mission remains the same. Treat every property as if it were our own.
