Noelle and Clarence then and now. 6 1/2 years ago Noelle had a double lung transplant. Clarence encouraged her to take her first steps after surgery. Noelle is back at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh for treatment to battle organ rejection. Please send love, prayers and healing energy her way and to her mom Stacy. ♥️🙏🏻
