Hi Furiends! I've been doing some digital housekeeping this weekend. Here's what you need to know:
✅️ Invoices for pending 2025 stays have gone out. Thank you to those that have "taken care of business" already. Your stays are no longer pending on the calendar and are fully booked! As a reminder I hold all payments until the last day of the stay.
✅️ Cancelation Policy has changed. Full refunds will be given if the stay is canceled 6 days or more prior to the start of the stay. A cancelation of 5 days or less prior to the stay will result in a 50% refund. This change is due to multiple requests for the same dates.
✅️Early Pick-Up Policy has been on the website, but I may have missed addressing it here. A 50% refund will be given for unused days if returning early and picking up before the stay was scheduled to end. Again, this policy is due to multiple requests for the dates booked.
✅️Updated availability is pictured here for established guests (prior guests, regular guests, or potential guests that have at least had a Meet and Greet with us) only. Unfortunately, I am not currently booking any new Meet and Greets.
