Meet Caly! She is a lovely 4 year old shepherd mix who has been struggling to get along with one of her two dog siblings. After a recent altercation involving the two dogs, no blood or punctures, her family has decided it is in everyone’s best interest to find Caly a new home. She has been their dog for three years and they are very bonded to her but she was the last dog adopted into their home. She is about 60 pounds and can be shy at first with new people and new situations but warms up quickly into a lovely cuddle bug. She gets along with her larger male sibling who is more laid back but Caly struggles with the smaller male who is a quite different personality. Caly’s ideal home would be with patient people with a fenced in yard who would take her for daily walks or who will take her for frequent hikes and adventures since she is still young and energetic. She can be vocal and unsure of new dogs initially so she may be happier as an only dog in the home but could be tested with another resident dog for compatibility. She does not have experience with children or cats. If Caly sounds like your kinda girl, let us know! Please feel free to share this post or reach out to us directly at 215-598-7202. Caly and both of her canine brothers have stayed with us on multiple occasions and all of our staff have become quite attached to her and want to help her find the best home possible.
