Hidden Hydrant Pet Spa and Play Yard / Rover house will be relocating, revamp, and restructure starting the month of July. As many of you already know we are a home based doggy boarding, grooming, and daycare service currently located in the Pinellas Park area and are moving to the St Petersburg area.
For our regulars, dont worry! It's not too far 🙂Please reach out to me for the new address.
Although, we are beyond grateful for the popularity we have gained over these last 3 years, we have also learned a lot about the dynamics of the doggy world. For the safety (and sanity) of the dogs and us, some new rules will be implemented.
New Implementations
1.Limited spots per month/day ( book in advance to guarantee a spot, often people book weeks and months in advance for planned vacations especially for our annual doggy Thanksgiving)
*This is very important to help maintain a safe controlled environment for the pups
2. We ask that dogs MUST be potty trained puppy or adult.
3. No dogs that are in heat (always been a rule)
4. Payment prior to drop off for boarding or at the end of each week for daycare only. Each customer will be sent an electronic invoice with a due date. Any adjustments needed such as unforeseen circumstances will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Please call or text 5 mintues prior to arrival and I will come get your pup from your vehicle. Since we are homebased, this is important to keep an organized drop off/pick up protocol.
6. Veterinary information is mandatory for each pup and/or an approved by pet owner ER vet in the event of an emergency and we cannot contact you. An emergency number is a plus.
7. Please arrive on time! Although, we absolutely love you and your pets as if they were our own family, we also have personal affairs to attend to as part of our everyday lives etc. and this helps us keep our schedules on track. If you think your schedule will change, all we ask is that you kindly let us know.
8. It is up to the client to let us know of any allergies, medications needed, restrictions that their pets have. Please help us take the best care of your pet.
9. Please disclose any possible aggressive tendencies in your pet. This does not mean automatic denial, just possible accomodations to make your pet feel more comfortable and ensure the safety of the other dogs and our own.
We understand things come up and sometimes life isn't always planned, with the exception of these circumstances, we ask that everyone please follow these rules to the best of their ability. We will have to decline service for repetitive rule violators.
Please understand that this is to ensure the best possible care for your pups.
With this being said, as new details unveil we will be glad to share🙂
Thank you everyone!
