Next on our roster is Stevie! 🐶
This gorgeous girl is a five year old Doberman joining us for our Distractions Program.
Stevie knows a thing or two about a thing or two but struggles with anxiety. The obedience is there, but the state of mind is not 😵‍💫
Stevie is well known for pacing and whining at home and doesn’t know how to settle without being told. The “art of doing nothing” will be a big priority for her while with us while we tidy up all of her skills.
Anxiety in dogs often has a root cause of an unmet need somewhere else. We’ll be working to identify that while establish some clear boundaries of behavior. Paired with some healthy outlets for her natural energy, we expect to see a more relaxed dog overall.
Stevie is a good girl and aims to please - stay tuned!

Say hello to Teddy! 🐶
This dude is a two and a half year old Retriever Mix that has joined us for our Distractions Program.
Teddy is a strong dog in his nature with a presence that fills the room. He was brought in from the streets of Alabama and we don’t know much more about his previous history.
Teddy has displayed some intense prey drive 🐿️🐇
This is predominantly towards smaller animals, but he has also started to show it towards larger livestock as well. Teddy’s owners have a cattle ranch, so I’m sure you can see the concern! 😬
We’ll be tapping into Teddy’s natural drive while here and create a healthy outlet for that energy to go. On the flip side, we’ll build some solid obedience and a clear line of communication so he knows exactly what is expected.
Teddy is on the right track to becoming the best boy he can be - stay tuned!

Say hello to Scout! 🐶
This girly is an eight month old Doberman that has joined our Foundations Program. We trained this family’s other Doberman, Bud, about two years ago and we’re so grateful to be a part of the newest addition’s training journey.
Scout is a typical puppy - rambunctious, loves to play, and knows some basic commands. Her owners main goal is getting everything crisp and up to par obedience wise while fine tuning her manners 😇
Scout has also recently found her voice - she’ll bark at just about anything while around the house or out and about. While with us we’ll be working to find the root behind this barking and addressing it head on for lifelong change.
Miss Scout is rocking it and on the right track - stay tuned! 🥳

Help us welcome Boomer! 🐶
This handsome boy is a three year old English Cocker Spaniel that is with us for our Distractions Program.
Boomer has bonded tightly with his people at home but has teetered into being over protective while around the house. He is well known for barking at the pool guy and recently landed a bite on a neighbor that was visiting.
Boomer has also displayed some random reactivity while out in public that can be fairly sporadic.
Boomer’s people are hoping to gain some clarity on who he is at his core and where these behaviors are coming from. On the back end, they’ll have a much more predictable dog and know exactly how to set him up for success.
This dude is making some really good choices lately - stay tuned! 🥳

This girly is a one year old French Bulldog here for our Foundations Program.
Stella is the type of dog that fills up the whole room with her personality. She’s never met a stranger, has no idea about personal space, and good luck if you try to ignore her 😉
French Bulldogs can sometimes be very high in drive and overall energy 🏎️
This can be hard to manage at times due to their anatomy and these hot Florida summers. Mental stimulation will be the biggest game changer for Stella. By giving her daily “jobs” to do through obedience, paired with overall structure around home base, she’ll be a much happier and relaxed dog on the back end.
We love training these rascals - stay tuned!

Help us welcome Mocha! 🐶
Mocha’s formal name is officially Mocha Caramel Latte with Oatmilk 😉
This pretty lady is a six month old German Shepherd that has recently joined our Distractions Program.
Mocha struggles with general arousal when out and about and can have a hard time settling in busy environments 🏙️
Mocha has some big goals of future service dog work for her owner. She’s a working dog at her core so we will be tapping into her natural drives and directing into a better outlet through obedience. When this energy is placed in better areas, we’ll see much less “leaking” of arousal overall.
Once Mocha has a solid understanding of the basics, we’ll further proof her skills all around town to set her up for long term success.

This girly is a six month old Golden Retriever that has joined for our Distractions Program.
Ruby is known for her gentle nature, goofy personality, and love of making new friends. She can be a little unsure in new situations, so our focus will be building her confidence while she learns all of her skills on and off leash.
We're excited to help Ruby grow into an even more confident, well-mannered pup 😇
