Dad's beloved son Hunter/jumper training, riding, and showing services. Ashley Owen Attard, from Collierville TN, has had a passion for horses from a young age.

Ashley began her horseback riding career in 1998 and along the way rode with trainers Beanie Cone, Leslie Gattuso, and Frank Hernandez, as well as Michele Thompson. As a junior, Ashley had experience in the American Quarter Horse Association, United States Equestrian Foundation, and West Tennessee Hunter/Jumper Association. Over her youth career she placed top five at the All American Quarter Hors

e Congress multiple times and place top ten at the American Quarter Horse World Championship show multiple years as well, she also had numerous wins at the local A shows. Ashley also worked at Judy's Tack Shop and is knowledgeable in equine equipment and attire. Ashley moved to St. Petersburg, FL in May of 2015 to pursue her professional training and riding career and has since opened Owen Equestrian. Since moving to Florida, Ashley and her students have achieved continued success on the local and National show circuit. Highlights include qualifying for NHS 3’3 medal finals in 2020 and 2021 and Jumping Seat Medal finals 2021, top Jr rider in the $9,999 Huntfield Challenge and numerous championships and top ten placings at Fox Lea, CFHJA, HITS Ocala, WEF, Southeast Medal finals and multiple local shows. Ashley was also the 2021 recipient of the Fox Lea Farm Trainer of the Year award. Owen Equestrian also had the privilege of hosting an Anne Kursinski clinic and we look forward to future endeavors and continued success.

We had a great time at our first horsemanship clinic! I really enjoyed teaching and I feel like everyone got a lot out of it! Big thank you to the best horses, Kirby, Callaway and Henry for letting us practice wrapping, wound care, administering oral meds (applesauce 😆) and checking for gut sounds, pulse and digital pulse! It was a big hit so we will definitely be doing another horsemanship clinic early 2024. We hope to see you with us!

We are so very proud of Emily and Lady Ambassador! We decided last minute to put Lady in the hunter ring, so she would realize not everything is a jump off 🤪 and she exceeded all expectations! The pair came home with Reserve Champion in the low adult equitation and finished 4th in the Huntfield challenge!

We had such a great show Southeast Medal Finals last week; and we are so happy to be able to attend after it had to be rescheduled due to a hurricane! All the clients and horses were great and I am super proud of everyone!
Highlights include:
🦄Coco and Mochaccino finished 4th in the walk/trot poles medal finals and 8th in the poles hunter finals
🦄Jordan and Mochaccino finished 3rd 🥉 in the crossrails hunter finals and 4th in the crossrail medal finals
Big thanks to Mocha’s trainer and owner for letting us borrow her for this show!
🦄Georgia and Best in the Bay finished 2nd 🥈 in the crossrail medal finals and 6th in crossrail hunter finals
🦄Ashlyn and Callaway finished 6th in the low children’s hunter finals and 12th in the low children’s medal finals
🦄Lilly and Abalies GS finished 9th in the low children’s medal and hunter finals as well as a 4th place finish in the 2’6 hunter spectacular
🦄Charlotte and El Dorado finished 6th in the low children’s medal and a 3rd 🥉place finish in the 2’6 hunter spectacular
🦄Lady Ambassador and Morea finished 8th in the low child/adult jumper finals and 6th in the Gamblers choice! This was Morea’s final show with us for a while, we wish her all the luck in college and are looking forward to her visits!
🦄Lady Ambassador and Emily had their first show together. The pair had a wonderful debut in the .85 jumpers earlier in the week, qualifying them for .85 jumper finals where they finished 10th. Looking forward to many more shows with this duo
Our next show will be the Nov. CFHJA (zone horse of the year) show at Fox Lea Farm, please let me know if you’d like to join us!

Another successful show in the books! Super proud of this crew and we are all feeling ready for Southeast Medal Finals next week 💪
Highlights include:
🏆Georgia and Best in the Bay took some several top ribbons in the crossrail division and came away Champion in the equitation!
🏆Lilly and Abalies GS rocked the 2’6 low children’s coming home with two Reserve Champions and a 5th place derby finish
🏆Charlotte and El Dorado had a wonderful 2’6 debut as well taking home Champion and Reserve and a 3rd place finish in the derby!

We had so much fun at the World Equestrian Center Ocala last week! Such a beautiful, with great competition and everyone rode beautifully as well!!
Highlights include:
🦄 Ashlyn and Callaway 217 moved up to the WEC 2’3 early in the week and took home several top ribbons. Later in the week the pair moved up again to the low children’s Hunter division and took home top ribbons in that division as well! Ashlyn also competed in her first 2’6 hunter classic where she took home 9th place and competed in her first low derby! Can’t wait to see this pair at SEMF!
🦄 Morea and Lady Ambassador continue to improve in the children’s jumpers and are getting a lot of confidence in the 1.10m!
🦄Jordan and Seal the Deal took home 🥈in the 11 & under equitation and several top ribbons in the cross rail division!
🦄 Maggie joined us for her first show and she and her new lease Hala had a wonderful debut! The pair also competed in the cross rail division and took home several top placings as well!
We are so fortunate to have such amazing supportive parents and the best assistant trainer anyone could ask for! Looking forward to fox lea and Southeast Medal Finals! Pm me if you are interested in joining our show team!

Henry is now offered for an on-site half lease, he is a teacher extraordinaire, is currently used in lessons and is extremely competitive in the walk trot - 18” division and can school 2’3 at home. He has multiple Fox Lea Champions with multiple different riders; as well as ribbons from WEF, CFHJA, TerraNova and Southeast Medal finals.
