We have a limited supply of pasture raised chicken available. Ranging in size from 5lbs - 6.5lbs mostly. $4.50/lb. We raise our birds on grass and in sunshine on a locally grown feed, they are cared for daily and have very happy lives. Can be picked up in Pilot Mountain, Rural Hall, or Greensboro.

Our neighbor called 1st thing this morning to let us know we had some very cute escapees at their house. Eloise’s piglets had found a hole in the fence and went visiting. With a little feed and some help herding from our kids we were able to get everyone back in and get the fence fixed for now.

Looking to gage interest on pastured pork shares. We are wanting to see how many to bring onto the farm this year. We would offer by the 1/2 or whole and it would be processed by Mitchell’s meats. 300lb live weight would typically yield about 140-175lbs of pork. These are estimated numbers as the size they grow to is determined by genetics as well as care. Message us for more info. We raise all our stock with no added hormones or antibiotics and they live a happy life on pasture and in woods. We feed a blend made for feeders from our local mill who purchases their grains from local farmers.
