WE GOT THE KEYS. ๐๐ญ๐
Okay, I can finally share the amazing news!!!
๐๐ฅ๐๐ฃ ๐ผ๐ง๐ข๐จ ๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐ง๐ค๐ค๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐จ ๐๐ค๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐๐! ๐พ
Today, Ashley and I officially got the keys to our new space, and I donโt think it has fully sunk in yet that this little basement grooming business is about to have an actual home of its own.
When Open Arms started, the dream was to build a place where pets who struggle in traditional salon environments could be cared for differently. Where appointments could stay private, calm and kennel-free. Where we could take our time. Where accessibility mattered. And where a regular grooming appointment could help fund care for another animal through the Accessible Grooming Program.
And now...we have room to grow that dream. ๐ฅน
This space will eventually include private grooming suites, a dedicated bathing room, room for the Accessible Grooming Program to grow, and so much more while still keeping the same Open Arms philosophy youโve trusted us with from the beginning.
There is a LOT of work between this photo and opening day. Floors. Plumbing. Walls. Paint. Equipment. Approximately 47,000 decisions I will undoubtedly overthink. ๐
But today?
We have the keys.
And that feels pretty freaking incredible.
