The Way We Send Your Pet’s Reminders Is Changing!!

Just a reminder that we are no longer using Otto and have officially transitioned to Vello as our communication platform!

As we continue this transition, we are also beginning to phase out mailed postcard reminders. Going forward, reminders for your pet’s vaccines, medical services, and preventive care will primarily be sent by text message and email.

🐾 James – Veterinary Assistant
James brings a unique blend of discipline, compassion, and hands‑on experience to our team. After serving eight years in the military, he began his journey into veterinary medicine, driven by a deep passion for animals, their welfare, and their wellbeing.

He will be graduating from IMBC with his Associate’s Degree in September, marking an exciting milestone in his career.

At home, James and his wife share life with their four dogs, who brighten every day and inspire his commitment to animal care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and tending to his vegetable garden, where he finds peace in growing and cultivating fresh food.

James is dedicated, steady, and wholeheartedly invested in the health and comfort of every animal he meets — a wonderful addition to our team.
