Dear Clients,

I am on vacation (yes, again) lol. I am on my yearly trip to see my aunts in DC! If you call, text, or message, I will get back to you…. Vacations like these are the ones I need to rejuvenate, and refresh my mind so I can be a better dog groomer for you!!

Day 3 of my 9am not showing. You get a message at booking, you get a reminder 48 hours before….Do I need to start taking deposits at booking? That is almost 300.00 in lost revenue and time. I don’t have time to call you individually to remind you, nor should I have to…any suggestions on how to prevent this?
