Last Friday (8/8) we lost our last original Happy Dog, Isa, and our hearts are forever broken 💔
She was only 1.5 years old when we opened the doors for guest pups and fosters, so she is the only dog who's met all the dogs who've come to us since January 2014. After her older brother Fenris passed in January 2020, she was the matriarch, helping me with the other dogs.
She was the first dog shy or unsocialized dogs liked since she was a calm and friendly presence. Greeting the dogs when they arrived, and helping them be better dogs. The guest dogs and fosters loved her ❤️ She loved her first little sister, Luna, and after she suddenly passed in 2019, Isa got to pick her next sibling, Garm 💗
The second to last pic is the very first "group pic" with our first ever guest pups, and the last pic is from last Thursday, the very last group pic with her, when all daycare guests were canceled except for one, who loved Isa so much ❤️
We love you and will miss you forever, Isa 💔

The original happy dog Isa turned 13 years old this past Monday! ❤️🎉 She is the only dog who has met all the guest dogs and foster pups we've had here since January 2014 when we started. Isa and her older, Swedish, brother Fenris happily greeted dogs from day 1 ❤️

Happy (tongue out) Tuesday, welcoming a new girl to the daycare gang ❤️ She was so happy to hang out with us today, and the other dogs loved her as well ❤️🥰

Tomorrow we start a group training course in Paseo Highlands Park (35th and W Pinnacle Peak). Positive training working on cues, manners, and tricks.
