We are a full-service grooming spa in Phoenix, Arizona. Puff & Fluff has been open since 1973. Liz Illg took over in 2013 and has since expanded the business to multiple locations.
Here at Puff & Fluff, everything revolves around the pet! Our commitment is to provide exceptional comfort, welcoming staff, and the best customer service in the industry. Our goal is to make sure that every pet who is walked (or carried!) through our doors has the best experience possible.

Shop Coordinator Job Description
This opening is for our Arrowhead and North locations.

We are currently looking for a shop coordinator who can:
Maintain a neat schedule for all our bookings
Check-in/out with the pet owners about their scheduled services
Update Puff & Fluff client notes, and ensure that all groomers and bathers have all the necessary information
Help handle pets in case of tantrums
Answer all phone calls or messages from the clients appropriately and on time
Address any questions/concerns raised by the clients
Is able to give basic customer service to our clients and be able to explain the services available.
Keep front lobby neat and clean
Must be willing to commute in Phoenix, and travel to 2 locations: Arrowhead and North 32nd

Qualifications
Has at least 6 months of previous experience working with dogs and/or cats
Must be of legal age
Must be legally allowed to work in Phoenix, USA
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
Full-time availability during your assigned shift, from Mondays to Sundays
Must have access to a wifi-enabled cell phone at all times, and is reachable through calls, email, and voicemail.
Must be willing to travel and have reliable means of transportation to 2 Puff & Fluff locations (Arrowhead and North 32nd)
Must exhibit being trust, dependable, and reliable
Must have good communication skills
Must be willing to pay close attention to pets, and follow directions from pet owners.
Licenses or previous pet care experience is a plus!
