It's been a minute...

After a few weeks of traveling for Reef-a-palooza Orlando  and then Aquashella Dallas, I finally got a chance to clean the NOSOKs in the big reef tank.

It was definitely due - but even with it fully clogged,  the task was quick and simple.

No fuss, no muss - we will never have to wash a filter sock again!

The NOSOK filter core can be wrapped with alll sorts of filter media.

Course filter sponge - let pods and other beneficial creatures get through

Polyfilters and other chemical absorbing media such as Nitrate or Phosphate absorbing filter media.

Its easy - simply used the included 255-micron lay-flat filter screen as your template and cut your media to fit the NOSOK filter core.
