New addition to the house hold. This little girl is six weeks old and her name is Nala. A little about young rabbits: Alfalfa Hay is the better choice for growing animals as it has a much greater protein content than Timothy Hay. She gets daily greens, around 1 cup per two pounds of body weight. Right now she is feeding on Romaine, cilantro and some veggies. She does get Timothy Pellets every morning, but it’s about a tablespoon full. She is currently litter box training.

Max and his watermelon hat 🤣 Max is my personal kitty. He’s 7 months old and is deaf! He’s extremely vocal, with all kinds of meows in his vocabulary. He also really enjoys running water. He does come in the shower!

Male kitties need a lot of moisture in their diet. Those of you who may have had a urinary incident with your male kitty may know that now. Wet food is an important part in kitties diet. Max has a running water fountain that makes him more inclined to drink water throughout the day.
