Another commission with this client wanting little color. I did hide some color to enhance layers, but this painting of “Moose and Milo” was done with a limited palate. ( titanium white, mars black, van d**e brown, raw sienna with the secret colors vivid lime green and raw sienna)

Sometimes I have to use cake for a canvas! Challenging but super fun!
I made vanilla cake with lemon curd filling and lemon buttercream frosting.
Yes, I like to make my own birthday cakes! 😂

These 2 adorable Australian Labradoodles were from last Christmas's commissions. They were so much fun to paint!

We had a breed specialty Paint your Pet Party at the home studio in Phoenix. We had 7 students and they brought their lovely Stabyhoun dogs. There was even a Toller too!
