In almost 36 years of dog grooming you hear a lot of excuses and lies as to why your pup looks like this. This is Adam and he is 17 years old. He is blind and deaf, wreaked of ci******es. Sweet boy. He had not been to see me since September 2023. His owner is an older man and just wreaks of alcohol. He brought him in this week to get groomed. Do you see his toenails????? His excuse to me for waiting so long was, he was thiught he was going to die?? WTH! 😡 Now let me just say the immediate anger I felt and trying to control what I really wanted to say. He was shaved down, obviously and received the works. I just cannot put my head around why in the world you own a Fur baby and keep them if you treat them like this. When was the last time you think he was held or hugged or kissed. This is what hurts my heart. I tell them straight out, I will take the pup. Short of money? Not a problem. I love them all so much. They deserve to be treated like family and loved❤️
