I had the pleasure of working on this rescue mare who came to my client half starved. In just a few months she looks amazing and is absolute delight to work with! She is so calm and quiet and will let you do anything with her. She didn’t bat an eye the first time I did bodywork on her. The adoption fee with Bluebonnet is $650. She is broke to ride, but has not been ridden since she’s been with this foster home. The main focus was just to get her healthy again. She has some bumps and scars but is really sound! She would make a great trail horse or kids horse. We do you think she’s a Tennessee walker and probably with a little help with learn to gait.

Horses can hold a tremendous amount of tension in their necks. When the neck get tight and loses its lateral and/or longitude flexion it will feed down the back and the hind quarters. Often stiffness or lameness in the hind end will start in the neck.
