'I’m here to guide you. I’m not going to teach you, I guide. I give you the clues to how to study yourselves. How to study your selves while you are in the sadhana. Svadhyaya - self study - while you are in the sadhana. If I can guide you, probably your life can transform from today on into a different angle. Transformation should always be within our practices. If the transformations are not there it is just a manual stagnated practice. So yoga is like a firebrand, it’s fire, it’s called yoga agni. Agni means fire. Yoga is a subject lifts the body, which is completely inertia, dull, stupid. To lift that to the illuminative level of the light of the soul. So the light of the soul, and the light of the body are together, built to such an extant that there is no difference between the light of the body and the light of the Self. And that is what we try to give you, so the separation between. We try to instill that feeling, though we are all practicing yoga, that we are not cross that precipice beyond physical fitness. We have to cross several bridges to feel that experience."
