My wonderful friend Eileen is going through a time in her life where she can no longer keep her dogs in her home. But would really like to still be apart of their life. If you or anyone you know would like to adopt these babies please reach out to me. They’re a bonded pair. I would really like to see them go to a good home with no other animals except for them with a nice yard to play in and grow old together.
Leo and Lea are from the same litter. Their birthday is October 8, 2018. They are 4 years old.
Leo is the black face German shepherd. He’s about 78 pounds, has his rabies vaccine. He is the more timid dog out of the two. He loves cuddling, he loves attention and tennis balls. He does best when given a lot of attention. He knows basic commands like sit and shake but he refuses to stay. He loves being around other dogs and has had a bunny friend in the past. In new places, he’s very curious and if you allow him, he will make friends with the people down the street. He’s vocal when people are around his home, but responds well to his name being called out. He is a sweetheart.
Lea is the tan, chunkier dog out of the two. She has her rabies shot and is spayed. She is 76 pounds. She is more wild than Leo. She doesn’t love attention, she needs attention. She respond so well to praise and treats. She knows basic commands like sit, stay, shake and spin around. She loves having a job. She doesn’t like catch, but does like to chew. She doesn’t like other dogs, and hasn’t been around cats. She is wild, loves running around but at the end of the day, loves to cuddle on a bed and getting pet and getting love. She does have more anxiety than a typical dog, and does need to stay with Leo. They do better in different situations when they are together since they have been together since birth.
