I can't believe it's already been over a month since Miss Teapot had her allergic flare-up. Time flies!

I'm happy to report that she continues to improve and her fur is finally growing back 💛 Switching her food back and staying on top of her skincare routine made a huge difference.

The 4th slide was during the flare-up. Can you tell she was absolutely not having it?😭 I can laugh at this photo now, but I genuinely felt terrible and worried at the time. I'm just so relieved and happy that she's recovering so well.

Today marks 2 years with Blanche 💛
When she first came to us, she was estimated to be around 18, which would make her 20 now and our oldest resident. I’m not entirely convinced because she doesn’t look her age. (The first photo is of her today and the third slide is her first day. She still looks great, right? 😁)

Taking in hospice seniors means we never really know how much time we’ll have. I feel so lucky for the time we’ve had with her so far, and I hope we get to celebrate many more years together.

I’ve never shared this before, but I want to be honest 💛
Since starting Suncatcher Sanctuary, I’ve been covering a large portion of the costs myself.

With rising expenses, it’s reached a point where I can’t continue doing this alone. The cats rely on consistent, daily care and that doesn’t pause.

What would make the biggest difference right now is monthly support.

Even $15/month helps create stability and ensures they continue receiving the care they need every single day.

She has moderate cerebellar hypoplasia and needs a setup where she can eat comfortably and stay stable.

Her old set up used to be a cat cave until one day she suddenly decided she no longer liked it 😅

One of my many roles is listening to the Suncatchers’ requests, even when I don’t fully understand them 🤣
