Hey guys! I’m coming back to Steamboat for a quick appointment and I’m wondering if anyone would be interested in a trim for their horses while I’m there? I miss everyone and your fur babies so much, I’d love to see some of you.

Let me know if I should pack some tools with me! Or if you want to get together, I miss my mountain family.

When a horse knows they’re going to be comfortable, everything changes.

The way they stand, the way they soften, the way they check in, it all reflects how they feel during the process.

Not all trims are the same. Balance, biomechanics, and a calm, patient approach make a huge difference in both comfort and long-term soundness.

I specialize in a natural, barefoot approach that prioritizes understanding the whole horse…not just the hoof.

Currently accepting a limited number of clients in the Nashville area. Message me to see if we are a good fit 🤍

Not all hoof care is the same.

Your horse can’t always tell you when their feet are uncomfortable, but their body will.

Short strides. Resistance. Tight backs. Behavioral shifts. It often starts in the feet.

I specialize in barefoot trimming that supports:
• Correct balance and symmetry
• Strong heel development
• Healthy frog engagement
• Proper breakover
• Long-term soundness and performance

I look at posture, movement, compensation patterns, and conformation to trim in a way that supports the entire body. My goal is not just a “pretty” foot, but a functional one that allows your horse to move comfortably and confidently.

If you’re looking for someone who understands that performance, comfort, and longevity start at the ground, let’s connect.

Serving owners who prioritize thoughtful, educated, horse-first care. Limited availability.

If you didn’t get a chance to get on my schedule before today, that’s unfortunate. 🫣 Bye!

This message was sent to me by a south Routt local, she’s a grown adult that supposedly can’t afford basic care for her animals. I told her my neglect prices and that she should rehome them if she can’t afford them. This is how she responded.

If you have neglected your horses and can’t handle hearing the truth, don’t call me.

Say it louder for the people in the back. 🤷🏻‍♀️💜

** Public Service Announcement **

The excuse “I couldn’t find a farrier” if we’ve never spoken before, doesn’t work. I am on Google, Facebook and Instagram and a simple search on line for a farrier in your area would lead you to me and so many others. The one and only local feed store has a list of us on the wall for crying out loud.

If you can’t find a farrier for 3+ years and call me to work on the horses you’ve so diligently neglected for so long, I won’t be nice about it and I charge accordingly.

Take care of your animals people, or sell them. Don’t let them suffer because you’re too caught up in your own lives.

It’s days like today that make me want to find a new career. Be better.
