When we were feeding last night, I discovered that our Ephebopus cyanognathus male had just matured and he wasn't very pleased that I disturbed him. See the little venom droplets on his fangs?

I have a very limited quantity of sub-adult female Aphonopelma steindachneri (Steindachner's ebony tarantula) available. They are very chill and jet black! Like the Aphonopelma version of Grammostola quirogai/ex pulchra, but maybe even MORE chill. 😍

Just a reminder - we will NOT be at the Northwestern Berks Reptile Show in Morgantown, PA in this coming Saturday (August 8th) or October 17th. Our next expo is the East Coast Reptile Super Expos on Saturday, September 5th.

We will also be vending the White Plains expo on September 13th and the Greater Lehigh Valley Reptile Expo on Sunday, September 27th.

Something new we are doing in October... We will be vending the Wicked Oddities Flora and Fauna expo in Allentown, PA on October 17th so be sure to check that one out!

I know this isn't your usual tarantula related content, but for any of you that have visited out table at expos have probably seen some of the "other stuff" we have on the table. I (Christina) personally make the uranium glass potion vial necklaces and stone bracelets with vintage Czech uranium glass beads.

Now I will be offering glass potion vials with various color uranium glass and cadmium glass shards. They both glow really pretty under UV light. 😍

Just wanted share my fun little side interest with the rest of you.

Reminder that tomorrow we will be vending the East Coast Reptile Super Expos in Oaks, PA. Doors open at 9 am.

We will be taking a break from expos for the month of August, so our next expo after this one will be the September 5th East Coast Reptile Super Expos. We will still be available for local pickup and shipping though!

This Saturday, come see us at the East Coast Reptile Super Expos. We have a huge selection of tarantulas available, plus pre-decorated enclosures, supplies, and some other new stuff!

NOTE - For the month of August, we are taking a break from expos so we will NOT be at the Hamburg/Morgantown expo.
