Bone broth is one of the most nutritious foods you can add to the bowl for the one you love (and for yourself)!
We use pastured bones and spring water to make ours. Nothing else. You can add supplements to the broth once the batch has cooled, mushrooms, turmeric, garlic, cinnamon, fresh herbs and more.
