When you place the deposit, this means you agree to my prices and terms. (NO REFUNDS)
If anything happens to the rabbit in my care, I will offer a different rabbit of the same value. If I don’t have one currently available, you will have to wait until next litter. If the deposit isn't received within the same day of the time of agreement, the bunny will go back up for adoption the next morning. I
f the bunny isn't picked up by the reserve date, or we haven't made other arrangements, the bunny will go back up for adoption and any money paid with be forfeited. If there is any last minute cancelation/ or lack of communication, you forfeit any money paid on the rabbit. All bunnies leave at 11 to 12 weeks of age NO EXCEPTIONS. All bunnies will come with a bag of transition feed and pedigree if it applies to you. They are started on litter training before leaving as well but it is NOT guaranteed they are litter trained. That will be the responsibility of the new owner
If you can’t pickup from us, we can meet up or arrange transport as that's always an option. Rabbits must be paid in full before leaving on transport or if I am transporting to meet you. There are no exceptions on this rule. To many people no show
We advise ALL customers to purchase “benebac” to add to their water while transitioning. This helps their digestive system and help them transition while settling in to their home
If you can't care for your bunny or have a situation, CONTACT US FIRST. I will either take the bunny back at NO CHARGE, or i will help you find the bunny a new home. I am not responsible for any vet bills once the bunny leaves my care. Your bunny is expected to be quarantined for at least 30 days once leaving us. Rabbits need time to adjust to there new environments. I will not sell a bunny that shows any signs of sickness. Once you take the bunny you are agreeing that they are 100% healthy. We do not guarantee fertility unless on a proven animal, or that the temperament will not change. They’re handled daily by adults and children. I will not be responsible for any temperament change. Stress can cause animals to handle things differently. We are not responsible for any injuries that occur by bunnies once they leave. They are bunnies, they can scratch and bite if they choose. If you do NOT abide by this policy, you will NO longer be considered for future rabbits. We have the right to refuse to sell or back out of a sale for any reason we see fit. (saftey of bunny etc) If we do, NO REFUND will be offered based on the situation. By agreeing to this policy and these terms, you are agreeing that i determined the bunny is 100% healthy before leaving my rabbitry. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NO REFUNDS
