A friendly reminder from Boone to grab your umbrellas (or towels) for all the rain and storms on track for today! 🙃
Our guests have had their breakfasts, jumped in puddles and did their business, they have been dried off, and are now comfortably resting in their 4’ x 10’ indoor kennels listening to the rain patter the rooftop. It’s enough to make us want to cuddle in those kennels with them!

Is anyone missing a very pregnant cat?
Unfortunately this cat came in and we have no information to give other then she wondered onto a construction site. A non English speaking gentleman gave this cat to a citizen who was at the shelter and they unfortunately could not gather further information on where this cat may have came from. She is super affectionate and we know someone has to be missing her. If anyone knows this cat or where she may have came from please call the shelter at 804-520-9397 ext.5

When it’s Friday and your humans just dropped you off at your favorite place for the weekend!!

Your bag is packed, chewys wrapped, blankets bundled, tons of toys, and even your fruits and veggies have come along for the trip!

What a weekend ahead!! You have all your comforts of home, regardless if you pack a bag or not. You get to make some new canine friends, go outside for some fresh country air where you can bark, sniff, run, howl or just lay in the sun and then kick back for the ultimate relaxation while you are completely spoiled by the dedicated and loving caretakers at Brandywine Kennels!
