To All Our Two Rock Dog Family ~
We want to inform you that dog flu ( Canine influenza Virus) has been reported in the bay area, and ask for your help to keep all our dogs safe. Every dog who visits us is vaccinated, however that is not 100% protection.

This dog flu causes more severe symptoms than kennel cough. A dog with flu-like symptoms needs to visit a vet for supportive care. As many of you have experienced lately, there is a shortage of veterinarian doctors available. There are times when dogs are being turned away from clinics even though the dog is in serious need of vet care. That is a scary situation. The lack of access to a veterinarian doctor could be a serious issue with dog flu.

There is one simple way to be 100% sure that no dogs come into Two Rock incubation dog flu. That is for every client to quarantine their dog for 2 weeks prior to visiting us. This includes dog parks, any other boarding/day care facility, grooming shops and any other situation where your dog is in contact with multiple dogs.

Time to get back to some safe normalcy...thank you to all these amazing dogs who have helped us through these crazy days the past 6 months.

During these smokey days, we want our clients to know that we have an elaborate fan/ventilation system to pull any smoke out of and away from inside the kennel. On severely smokey days, we open up more inside play areas and have less outdoor activity for the dogs. Regardless of what mother nature throws at us, we will always keep our dogs safe & comfortable.

Thank you for continuing to trust us to care for your dogs during this difficult time. In order to keep everyone safe we are asking clients to use our outdoor komfy kennel by putting your dog inside, taking off the collars/leashes, and taking those home with you. Please ring our buzzer & wait outside for us. This will enable us to comply with social distancing while remaining open. We are offering door to door pick up & drop off shuttling for Day Care, Boarding and Grooming Dogs for Sonoma & Marin Counties. They are having just as much fun as they always have and always will. ❤️
