Tired dog = happy dog ❤️‍🔥 Stuck indoors? Try these quick, low-prep ways to burn off energy and keep your pup mentally sharp. 🐶👇

Food-dispensing toys — fill a Kong or puzzle toy with kibble + peanut butter (xylitol-free) for 10–20 minutes of brain work.
Scent games — hide treats around a room and let your dog sniff them out. Start easy, get harder.
Training bursts — 5-minute sessions of sit/down/recall and new tricks. Mental work tires dogs fast.

Finish with a calm cue (sit + petting + water) so they can wind down. Repeat short sessions through the day instead of one long workout.
