Spa day for Baloo ❤️

Note: We have so many wonderful applications to choose from that we aren’t accepting any more on Baloo at this time.

Thank you Jason at Pampered Pups Salon & Spa for doing a wonderful job as always. Seriously, Jason does a fantastic job with all the scared, matted, grumpy, and otherwise not used to being groomed, dogs we bring in. Baloo was awesome though. A little sensitive about his feet but otherwise great!

Baloo is settling in beautifully. This big silly doodle or Whoodle type boy is coming right out of his shell. He’s said to be about 18 months old and he’s probably 60 pounds or more. He was passed around a bit before coming to us so his history is a bit vague. He has lived with a family with young kids, and with an elderly woman before being left behind when the family split up. He was apparently left alone in a yard with food and water but not much else for 3-4 weeks before coming to Dogwood.

Baloo is good in the car and sleeps quietly crated at night. He likes other dogs and has been respectful with confident cats but would likely chase a cat that runs. He’s got some puppyish energy but settles nicely after playtime. Available after neuter and vetting.
