This quiet, peaceful, wholesome moment is brought to you by Grant. What's better than a bench with a cushion to nap on? A bench with a cushion with a sweat shirt... now that's cozy! Grant is a "cat sort of cat" who takes a minute (or three) to warm up to the humans, loves to play and then cat nap.

King Henry is the cat who thought he could fly, until he landed wrong. Yep, you read that right. Our sweet boy, King Henry, broke his leg about 3 months ago, had multiple X-rays, bandage changes, kept quiet with little movement, and is now back in action and ready for adoption. Henry has healed well! 💪🏼 He will need to take it “easy” (not allowed to jump/land from high perches) for another few months to fully heal but our vets feel his leg has gone back to full function and we couldn’t be more thrilled. We did find through his recovery that he can be with other cats, they just have to be okay with his dominant personality and be okay with his talking. That’s right, King Henry is a talker and vocalizes often... especially if he doesn’t get his way.

Thanks to all ya'll, we had a busy and fun weekend! We had Morgana be adopted (hooray!), lots of visitors and we are excited that a love connection was made that will hopefully lead to an adoption soon. We are grateful for each and every one of you who came in and supported us by buying books or dropping a donation into our jar.
