🐾 Honoring the 9/11 Heroes With Paws 🐾

Today, as we remember September 11, 2001, we pause to honor all who served, all who were lost, and all who continue to carry the weight of that day.

More than 300 dogs were deployed to Ground Zero. Some were search-and-rescue K9s, working tirelessly in dangerous conditions to find survivors. Others served as therapy dogs, bringing comfort to first responders and grieving families when hope felt out of reach.

Side by side with their human partners, these animals showed us courage, loyalty, and love in the face of tragedy.

To every hero—human and animal—we say thank you.
