Hot Apple Chicken Fritter

Santorini Flatbread
OPA! This Greek inspired flatbread is the perfect summer feast. The is a sweet and salty combination of lamb and beef gyro meat, watermelon, whipped goat cheese, housemade pomegranate honey (made using locally sourced Ramge Acres honey), arugula, fresh mint and red onions. As delicious as it is refreshing.

Crafting Goodness

Ever since I was a young child, I have had a passion for growing produce and making handcrafted items. Over the years, I have been blessed with the opportunity to learn many crafts from various experts. This combined knowledge and experience is what has allowed me to take what I am passionate about and share it with our community.

In 2015, I decided to start Ramge Acres with the focus on producing local products that bring happiness to my family and I while sharing our excitement with others. I hope that Ramge Acres can be your local source for some unique products and services that you can’t find in the big box stores. Additionally, it is my hope that your experience is both enjoyable and educational.

At Ramge Acres we specialize in honey and bee products, homegrown produce, nursery stock, landscaping services. In addition we have a small rabbitry where we raise show rabbits for competitions and 4-H. Below are some additional details of our products and services:

Honey and Bee Products - At Ramge Acres we have been raising and caring for honeybees for several years. Each year we have grown our operation and have expanded the number of hives we care for and now have multiple apiaries throughout Northwest Ohio. We are members of Ohio State Beekeepers Association and are active members of the Maumee Valley Beekeepers Association.
