Grooming Information

I groom Monday through Thursday, starting at 8:00 AM and finishing when the last dog is done for the day—there is no set closing time.

I understand we all have busy schedules (myself included!), so I offer flexible options:
• Drop off before work and pick up after work
• Drop off the evening before and pick up the next day

My goal is to make grooming as convenient and stress-free as possible for both you and your pets.

Scheduling & Timing
Time is very important in order to keep the day running smoothly. If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled appointment time, I may need to move on to the next appointment and finish your dog as soon as I can afterward.

All grooming is by appointment only. I do offer “work-ins” when available—this means you can drop off early on a pre-arranged day, and I will call you when your dog is finished.

Pricing
Prices are generally set but may vary depending on factors such as matting, fleas, temperament, and the time required. I always do my best to keep pricing fair and reasonable.

Holidays
Please note that I try to reserve government holidays for my teacher clients. (And no judgment—teachers are busy, and their pups may come in a little rough sometimes 😊)

Boarding Information & Policies

When boarding your pet with us, please review the following important information:
• Vaccination Records:
A copy of your pet’s current vaccination records is required. Please ensure the Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine is up to date. While this vaccine does not always fully prevent kennel cough, it does help reduce the severity and spread.
• Personal Items:
Please bring your dog’s own food, treats, toys, and any comfort items from home. Familiar items help make their stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
• Kennels & Pricing:
We have 8 indoor/outdoor runs, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Dogs are rotated as spaces become available.
• Standard boarding: $15 per night per dog
• Indoor/outdoor run (by request): $25 per night per dog
• Bedding & Cots:
We provide raised cots to keep dogs off the floor whenever possible. If your dog has a history of chewing or destroying bedding or other items, please let us know in advance so we can remove those items for safety.
• Grooming Services:
If you would like your dog to receive a bath or grooming service during their stay, this must be scheduled at the time of booking. Grooming services are available Monday through Thursday.
