A giant body and flashy color don’t automatically make a good Great Dane.

Good breeding shows in structure, movement, temperament, and overall health. A well-bred Great Dane should look powerful yet elegant, confident, calm, and well-balanced.

Poor breeding often leads to weak structure, awkward movement, poor temperament, and serious long-term health problems. That’s why choosing the right breeder matters far more than simply buying the cheapest puppy.

Looks are important, but temperament and health should always come first. 🖤🐾

It’s hard to believe this gentle giant is already 4 years old! Samson has brought so much joy, laughter, love, and happiness into our lives over the years. From his goofy personality to his endless cuddles and loyal heart, he truly makes every day brighter.

Life just wouldn’t be the same without our Smung. We are beyond thankful for every memory, every slobbery kiss, and every moment with this amazing boy.

The recent news surrounding the Ozarks Dane breeder and the incredible rescue efforts by Daisy Danes Sanctuary is absolutely heartbreaking. Huge respect to everyone involved in saving and caring for these dogs. ❤️
At Golden Lane Dane’s, we want to make it clear that we are not a puppy mill. Our breeding program is family-raised, centered around love, responsible breeding, and helping families find the perfect Great Dane puppy fit. Our dogs and puppies are raised indoors as part of our family, receiving daily care, attention, and affection.
Situations like this are a reminder to always research breeders carefully, ask questions, request photos or video calls, and make sure puppies are being raised in safe, loving environments.

Thank you to everyone who reached out and inquired. We believe we've found the perfect home for our beautiful girl, Serra (Pippi).
After being rescued from a situation that wasn’t ideal, and didn't quite workout for her, she truly deserved a fresh start—and we’re so happy to share that she has found an amazing, loving home in Lewisville, Texas.
Her new family is everything we could have hoped for, and we’re confident she will be cherished, spoiled, and given the life she deserves.
We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, interest, and encouragement from everyone who followed her and inquired. It means more than you know.
