Life has been hectic at work lately, and we keep forgetting to pick our okra each morning. Unfortunately, some of it has matured beyond the ideal time for eating and has turned tough and fibrous.

But every experience in the garden is a learning opportunity! Instead of letting them go to waste, We're planning to let them grow fully so we can harvest heirloom seeds for next season. 🏡

We have two five-year-old Calamansi trees grown from seeds and are patiently waiting for them to bear fruit. In comparison, our Calamondin tree, which we planted two years ago, produced fruit in the same year! This experience reminds us that patience is a virtue when growing trees from seeds.

Look at how our garden is thriving! Just three days after we pulled out the tomatoes and sunflowers, the okras are growing like crazy! They’ve really taken off and are reaching impressive heights. Can't wait to see how they'll turn out! 🌟😍
